APHC spokesperson on Tuesday denounced authorities for their vengeful attitude against innocent civilians and said that forces during search operation in Rawalalpora, Srinagar, Shivpora, Sonawar, Nazneen Pora and Poshpora Shopian barged in residential houses, vandalised properties and harassed inmates. APHC while condemning the forces for their inhuman and brute behaviour, said that authorities by resorting to violent and callous approach are proving counterproductive for authorities as it is giving rise to more hatred among people. Blaming authorities for bullying and highhandedness, spokesman said that through these repressive measures, the youth are pushed to wall, thus evolving more horrendous and dangerous situation in state. Spokesman reiterated that people while pursuing the right to self-determination are committed with cherished mission and no power on earth can break their resolve nor can deter them from pursuing the freedom mission. Appealing international human rights organisations for their cognizance, Huriyat asked to take notice of deteriorating conditions of fundamental human rights in state. Huriyat while urging human rightist organizations, ICJ and Amnesty International for their cognizance and impressed to fulfil their responsibilities in saving precious lives in occupied state and added to take Suo Moto action against the barbaric approach of authorities in state. The spokesperson denounced continuous detention of Sajjad Ahmed Bhat and said that since last three months he is languishing in Nagam police station, saying that such repressive measures cannot break the sentiment and resolve of Hurriyat activists.
